Update: Man shot in Indio last night dies; police search for shooter
Police are still stumped tonight after announcing that a man shot Friday night in Indio died. The man, who police described as a Hispanic male in his 20s, was shot outside a home in the 43-500 block of Smurr Street on Friday. Gunfire was reported at about 10 p.m.
